Fair Isle Wrist Warmers

One of my first hand warmer Fair Isle designs which has proved to be very popular. It is knit straight and has three fair isle sections all of which are in charted and written out form. It is a lovely pattern for anyone who is new to Fair Isle knitting. The yarn used is Shades of Weardale Merino 4ply available from The Knitting Gift Shop.

Requires: Shades of Weardale Merino 4ply

(yardage 25g -115m/125y)

2 x 25g balls and 2 x 5g in colours B & C , (can be knit either colour way)

3.00mm (UK11) Knitting Needles

Size When Finished :  Length 23.50cm x 18cm around the hand (9.25in x 7in) approx,

For a looser fit use 3.25mm(UK10 - US3) knitting Needles - Length 23.50cm x 19cm around the hand (9.25in x 7 1/2in)

Difficulty - Intermediate - Intermediate - basic stitches(K, P), knowledge of Fair Isle knitting
