Basketweave Cowl

A neat and compact basket weave stitch is used for my easy knit Basketweave Cowl which is finished with some pretty pearl buttons but you could choose any buttons you prefer. The yarn used is Shades of Weardale Luxury 4Ply available from The Knitting Gift Shop.

Requires:  1 x 100g Merino Silk 4ply (yardage400m/430y), 1 pair of 3.25mm (UK10 - USA3) knitting needles, 14 x 10mm Pearl Buttons

Size When Finished:   Length 61.5cm x Width 30cm (24 1/4 x 11 3/4in) approx

Difficulty -  Easy Knit - basic stitches required (knit, purl, yfwd, K2tog)
