Cable Headband

I've always loved headbands and as you'll notice in a lot of my designs I'm quite partial to a good cable so this headband is made using a lobster claw cable stitch and finished with a twist. I've also added a decorative metal button but you could choose any style of button that you like. The yarn used is Shades of Weardale Merino 4ply available from The Knitting Gift Shop.

Requires: 1 x 25g Merino 4ply (Yardage - 115m/125y) , Pair 3.50mm(US4) Knitting Needles, Decorative Button

Size When Finished: 54cm x 10cm (21 1/4in x 4in) approx

Difficulty - Intermediate - knit straight, requires knowledge of basic/cable stitches (C4F, C4B)
